Cancellations & Refund Policy
This Cancellations & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and ownership of work for services provided by UpScale Digital Solutions LLP (“the Agency”). By engaging with the Agency, the client (“the Client”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
Refund Policy
All fees, charges, and deliverables are mutually agreed upon and formally approved by the Client prior to the commencement of any activity.
In consideration of the approval process and allocation of resources, the Agency maintains a strict no-refund policy.
Under no circumstances shall fees paid to the Agency be refunded, either in full or in part, once the engagement has commenced.
Cancellation Policy
Either party (the Client or the Agency) may initiate cancellation or discontinuation of services by providing a formal written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance.
The notice period shall be mandatory and binding, and services shall continue to be rendered during this period unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
The Client remains liable for all payments corresponding to services rendered up to and including the effective date of termination.
Any outstanding dues must be cleared prior to the completion of the notice period.
Intellectual Property Rights
All creative assets, strategies, concepts, software code, designs, and related intellectual property developed by the Agency during the engagement shall remain the sole property of the Agency until all agreed fees and outstanding dues are paid in full.
Upon full settlement of payments, ownership rights for final deliverables (excluding proprietary tools, frameworks, or templates used by the Agency) shall be transferred to the Client.
The Agency reserves the right to showcase completed work, case studies, or creative samples as part of its portfolio, marketing materials, or promotional activities, unless expressly restricted in writing by the Client.
Acceptance of Policy
By engaging the services of UpScale Digital Solutions LLP, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the above terms of this Cancellations & Refund Policy.
